1. Acceptance of Terms
23000 is an online entertainment platform operating for users in Malaysia. By accessing, registering for, or using any feature or service provided by 23000, you legally and bindingly agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance takes effect immediately upon completing the registration process or commencing use of our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and the operating company of 23000. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of our platform and close your account immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The 23000 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above who are legally eligible to participate in online betting activities under applicable Malaysian law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the local laws applicable to you. 23000 reserves the right to deny access to any user who fails to meet these eligibility requirements at any time.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 23000's services, you are required to register and create a personal account using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account; owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 23000 recommends using a strong, unique password and not sharing your login details with anyone. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether with your knowledge or not — is entirely your responsibility.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please notify the 23000 support team immediately at [email protected]. We will take the necessary steps to protect your account, including temporarily freezing it pending investigation. Valid proof of identity may be required during the verification process.
Personal information provided during registration must be kept up to date whenever changes occur. You may update your personal details through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays in withdrawal processing or identity verification.

3. User Responsibilities
Every 23000 user is responsible for ensuring that the platform is used in a responsible, ethical manner and in full compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You agree that you will not use this platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose that may compromise the safety of other users.
Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt 23000's technical systems, including servers, databases, and security infrastructure. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or use unauthorised automated software (bots) will result in immediate account closure and legal action where appropriate.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that funds used on the 23000 platform are legitimate and not derived from any illegal activity. 23000 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines and reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds where necessary. Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in transaction suspension.
Platform Usage Rules

4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 23000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are required to ensure that the payment method used is registered in their own name; use of third-party payment methods is not permitted and may result in account suspension and a refund of funds. 23000 supports a range of local payment methods suited to Malaysian users.
All successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. Any delay in deposit crediting must be reported to the 23000 support team within 24 hours, along with complete transaction proof. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 3 business days.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to change in line with 23000's current policies. Users will be notified of any changes to these limits via in-account notifications or their registered email.
23000 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing for security review or anti-money laundering compliance purposes. In such cases, users may be required to provide additional identity verification documents, including a copy of their identification card, bank statement, or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability
23000 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding continuous availability, accuracy of content, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 23000 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service disruptions, or technical errors beyond our control. 23000's total liability to any user is limited to the amount of active deposits held in that user's account at the time of the incident.
Users are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. 23000 does not influence game outcomes, and all results are determined by a random number generator (RNG) independently verified by a third party. In the event of a dispute, 23000's system logs will be considered the definitive record.
Account Policy: Suspension & Closure
23000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any provision of these terms. The account holder will be notified via their registered email within a reasonable timeframe following the action.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to claim any compensation or unused bonus balances. However, legitimate and verifiable deposit balances in the account may be refunded at 23000's discretion upon completion of a thorough investigation. Appeals may be submitted via [email protected] within 14 days of the account closure date.
Users may also choose to close their own account at any time via account settings or by contacting our support team. For voluntary closures, all eligible fund balances will be returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after identity verification is completed.
